Who can use Reset
You must be at least 18 years old. By using Reset you confirm that you are. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in details safe.

Reset is a self-help tool. It is not medical, psychological or therapeutic advice, it is not a substitute for a professional, and we cannot diagnose or treat any condition. If you are struggling, please consider speaking with a qualified professional.

Free features and passes
The streak tracker, check-ins, panic button and assessment are free. Additional features are unlocked with a pass.
- Passes are one-time purchases of 30 days, 90 days or 1 year of access.
- A pass is not a subscription. It never renews automatically, and we will never charge you again without you choosing to buy.
- Access starts when your payment is confirmed and lasts for the length of the pass.
- If you buy another pass while you still have access, the new time is added to the end of your current access.
- When your access ends, you keep your free features and your data. Your recovery data is not deleted just because a pass has ended.
Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. Prices and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout. See our Refund Policy for refunds.
Acceptable use
Please do not:
- break the law or use Reset to harm others;
- try to get into accounts, data or systems that are not yours;
- probe, scrape, overload, reverse engineer or interfere with the service;
- share your account or resell access;
- abuse refunds or payment disputes to get access without paying.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
Your content
What you write in Reset is yours. You give us only the permission needed to store it and show it back to you. We do not publish it, and your journal is private.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Reset running but cannot promise it will always be available or error free. We may improve, change or remove features. If we make a significant change to a feature you paid for, we will aim to treat you fairly.
Limits on our responsibility
Reset is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Winkle Studios is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law that cannot be limited.
Ending your use
You can stop using Reset at any time and delete your recovery data in Settings. We may suspend or end access for serious or repeated breaches of these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the date above, and continuing to use Reset after an update means you accept it.
